How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of roasting, and you will receive a tracking number via email once it leaves our workshop.
Do you offer a subscription service for regular deliveries?
Yes, we offer flexible coffee subscriptions. You can choose your favorite roast, set the delivery frequency, and save 15% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy for food and beverage products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced and organic?
We prioritize direct-trade relationships with farmers to ensure fair wages and sustainable practices. Many of our blends are certified organic, and specific sourcing details are listed on each product page.
Can I request a specific grind size for my coffee?
Absolutely. While we recommend purchasing whole beans for freshness, you can select from various grind settings—including Drip, Espresso, and French Press—before adding the item to your cart.
