Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every brew. If you are unhappy with your order or received a damaged equipment item, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our workshop team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or damage.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Our roasting experts will review your request and, if necessary, request photos of the product or packaging.
- 3.Return Authorization
For non-perishable equipment or merchandise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- 4.Resolution
Once processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement immediately.
